How does the AR work — do I need special goggles?
Not at all. You just need a smartphone or tablet. Download the ARKidzoo app (free), point the camera at any Dropiz card or PocketAR storybook, and watch a 3D model spring to life. No goggles, no extra hardware.
What age group are the kits for?
Our app is designed for kids aged 2 to 8. Most of our flashcards target 3–7, while PocketAR storybooks suit 4–8. Younger kids should use the app under parent or teacher supervision.
Do you offer school discounts and bulk orders?
Yes — schools get custom volume pricing, free demo sessions and a lesson plan aligned to your curriculum. Mention "school demo" in your message or visit the Schools page for details.
What if a product arrives defective?
Every kit is QC-checked before dispatch. If anything arrives defective or malfunctioning, let us know within 3 days and we'll arrange a replacement — no hassle.
Do you deliver outside India?
We currently deliver within India, including for schools, bulk and distributor orders. For international orders or distributor partnerships, please get in touch and we'll work out the details.
The activation code — how does that work?
Each kit comes with a unique activation code that unlocks AR content in our app. The code works on up to two devices. If you lose your device, you'll need a new activation code if you've already crossed the device limit.
