Products

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Physical cards: It depends on users how they handle them. If the product is in good condition, it will work for as long as you want.

About the mobile application: It would depend on the Android version. We do time-to-time updates of our app in connection with the new Android version. So basically, if you are using Android version 6 right now then it is possible that after 2 years the newly updated app will not work on your device. You will get notified about the version update along with the compatible Android version. So if the message shows that the newly updated app is not compatible with your device, our advice is not to update the app. You can continue with the old version of the app.

About the activation code: We would like to inform you that the activation code will work on two devices. If you lose or break your device, you need to buy a new activation code if you have already crossed the device limit.

By registering for the Service, you acknowledge and agree that the Service is for personal use only. You may copy information from the Service for personal use, such as to view, print, colour, share or email the information. You warrant that you will not, under any other conditions, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, modify, distribute, decompile or disassemble the Service.

Order Cancellation

For cancellations please contact us (info@arkidzoo.com). Once you raise a request, you will get an email confirming that your request is being processed. You may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund will be made to the same account within 10 business days. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected. You expressly agree that we shall not accept any liability for loss or damage arising out of such cancellation.

Return & Refund Policy

All orders on https://arkidzoo.com are eligible for a 3-day return guarantee in case of defective or malfunctioning products. If paid by credit card, debit card, UPI, mobile wallet and so on, refunds will be issued to the same bank account provided at the time of purchase. In case of payment-gateway-named payments, refunds will be made to the same account within 10 business days.

Modifications of Products and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
